Jerry Fort, 25, known online as Void Only, died on October 29, just three weeks before GTA 6's release.
• He went viral in August after sharing his wish to live long enough to play the much-awaited game.
The gaming community raised over $96,000 to support his lung transplant and recovery.
He underwent the transplant in September but later died following an infection and complications.
