Hyundai plans to boost women’s representation in top management by 2030
- Hyundai Motor India announced on September 7 that it aims to raise women’s executive representation to 20% by 2030.
- Women currently form over 8% of Hyundai India’s executive workforce, which includes more than 4,000 employees.
- Around 45% of the management and engineer trainees recruited by the company in 2026 were women.
- Hyundai plans to improve women’s hiring, promotions, leadership development and retention across its operations.
