India pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar says T20 bowlers can control the game

India pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar said bowlers are treated as victims in T20 but can control the game.
He said a bowler can make batters hit where he wants, and that it is just a matter of perspective.
Bhuvneshwar said batting has changed so much that 200 is now only par, with batters attacking from ball one.
He said the Impact Player rule has opened up batters’ mindsets, and T20 bowling now needs maturity.
