India smash their highest-ever T20I chase to take 1-0 lead against New Zealand

India chased down New Zealand’s 225/8 to win the first T20I by four wickets with two balls left.
Sanju Samson led the charge with 67 off 33 balls, while Abhishek Sharma smashed 29 off 12.
Shreyas Iyer scored 42, and Naman Dhir sealed the win with an unbeaten 42 off just 15 balls.
The 226-run chase became India’s highest successful run chase in T20 internationals.
