Indian Railways to switch off train charging points from 11 pm to 5 am

Indian Railways has directed all zones to switch off mobile and laptop charging points between 11 pm and 5 am.
The directive follows a power bank explosion causing smoke on the Howrah Mail train.
First introduced in 2014 following train fires, this safety rule lacked consistent enforcement previously.
