Infosys is talking to the US Justice Department about its H-1B filings

• Infosys says it is in talks with the US Justice Department over how it classified some H-1B employees at a client.
The disclosure appears in its results for the half year to September. It first made the same disclosure a year ago.
Infosys says it cannot predict the outcome, or whether it will materially affect the business.
It comes weeks after the US Labor Department suspended green card sponsorship for eight firms, including Infosys.
