Kainchi Dham tourists must register in advance to visit under new Uttarakhand rules

The Uttarakhand administration requires tourists to Kainchi Dham to register and book in advance to manage crowd levels.
According to officials, over 50,000 visitors arrived at Kainchi Dham last weekend, prompting a proposed daily limit.
The Kumaon Commissioner said authorities will establish separate routes and shuttle services to facilitate traffic.
The District Magistrate said rate lists will be made compulsory, with inspections against overcharging.
