Meet Hugo, the 6-foot-6-inch horse crowned tallest living horse in the world
- Hugo, a four-year-old Shire horse in England, has been named the world’s tallest living horse at 199cm.
- Guinness World Records officially measured Hugo at about 6.5ft 19.2 hands without shoes for accuracy.
- His owner Brett Masters says Hugo could grow even taller, as Shire horses can continue growing until around eight years old.
- Hugo receives regular care from a chiropractor, dentist, vet and masseuse and lives what his owner calls a “five-star lifestyle.”
