Meta launches 45-day reel-making festival in India
- Meta launched a 45-day Edits Film Festival on August 25, inviting Indian creators to turn everyday footage into cinematic Reels.
- Entries are open until October 8 and must be created entirely in Edits using tools like overlays, filters and audio effects.
- Ahsaas Channa, Dolly Singh, Nikhil Taneja and Rajeev Masand will judge entries on storytelling and creative editing.
- 10–20 shortlisted Reels will get a private screening, Meta India promotion and early access to upcoming Edits features.
