Minister Chirag Paswan says actor Imran Khan is not Indian, flags foreign-backed unrest

Union Minister Chirag Paswan said on Sunday that actor Imran Khan is not an Indian citizen.
He said he was concerned about attempts to create anarchy with the backing of foreign powers.
Khan, who holds an Overseas Citizen of India card, got a leave India notice after a Mumbai protest.
Paswan also criticised Rahul Gandhi for going ahead with a Goa rally after the Kolkata stampede.
