Mohammad Amir clarifies he won't register for IPL 2027 auction amid speculation

Former Pakistan fast bowler Mohammad Amir dismissed reports claiming he plans to register for the IPL 2027 auction as a British citizen.
Amir acquired UK citizenship in May 2026 and recently registered as a UK national for the Afghanistan Premier League draft.
The registration had fueled media reports of a potential IPL entry in Goa, which Amir formally denied.
