Moonshot AI launches 3-trillion-parameter Kimi K3.1 Pro with 65.7% coding score
- Chinese firm Moonshot AI on Friday, launched Kimi K3.1 Pro, a 3-trillion-parameter open-weight AI model.
- The model has a 1-million-token context window, and its full weights are to be released by 4 November.
- Moonshot said it scored 65.7% on the Terminal-Bench 4.0 coding test, above GPT-6 Astra but below Claude Opus 5.5.
- A high-speed variant runs two to three times faster, the company said; all the benchmarks are self-reported.
