MP High Court rejects Giribala Singh’s bail plea in Twisha Sharma suicide case

The MP High Court rejected the bail plea of former district and sessions judge Giribala Singh.
Justice Nirankari ruled on Wednesday that the CBI probe is on and key forensic reports are still awaited.
Twisha Sharma, the wife of Singh’s son, died on 12 May, and mother and son face dowry death charges.
Singh’s lawyer argued there was no guilty mind, which the court said cannot be read apart from the case diary.
