OpenAI CEO Sam Altman renames himself Ram Altman after RAM backlash

OpenAI chief Sam Altman has renamed himself Ram Altman on X after a backlash over his memory remarks.
Altman had said RAM sitting idle in home computers 95% of the time was a poor use of limited supply.
Altman said his remarks were taken out of context and that he wants the world to have plenty of memory.
Altman changed the name after a user on X suggested it, and he replied “Ok yeah”.
