Plea in Madras HC seeks probe into CJP’s Saurav Das and block social media accounts

A plea in the Madras High Court, on Friday, sought a probe into CJP leader Saurav Das’s background.
It also asks that his social media accounts be blocked over remarks he allegedly made against the judiciary.
The plea seeks his passport and Aadhaar cancelled if he is found to be a foreign national.
The court sought a response and asked whether the petitioner had first complained to the authorities.
