Pranav Adani performs Bhoomi Poojan for Matunga project with 10,432 rehabilitation flats
- Pranav Adani, Director of Adani Enterprises Limited, performed Bhoomi Poojan on Monday at the 22-acre Matunga site in Mumbai.
- The site will have ten towers with 10,432 rehabilitation flats and 1,379 commercial and industrial units.
- Eligible families will get 350-square-foot flats, with the first five towers due for handover by March 2029.
- Adani Navbharat Developers will maintain the buildings for ten years after handover.
