‘Pretty inconsistent’: Sanju Samson faces blunt verdict after Afghanistan T20I
- Sanju Samson scored just 3 runs in India’s first T20I against Afghanistan, continuing his poor run at the top.
- His dismissal came early as India chased 157, while Abhishek Sharma smashed 82 off 32 balls to lead the chase.
- Former India batter Sanjay Manjrekar called Samson “pretty inconsistent” and said he does not help his own case with such performances.
- Samson’s form could intensify the selection debate with 15-year-old Vaibhav Sooryavanshi waiting for his T20I opportunity.
