Raghav Chadha’s name missing from Punjab voter list, he alleges political vendetta
- BJP Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha’s name is missing from Punjab’s draft electoral rolls released after the Special Intensive Revision SIR.
- His name is listed under the “Absent, Shifted, Deceased and Duplicate” category and marked as “permanently shifted.”
- Chadha called the deletion “political vendetta” and said he is seeking correction before the final rolls are published.
- AAP and Punjab officials rejected his allegation, saying the Election Commission conducts the SIR process and the state government has no role in deciding whose name is deleted.
