Rahul Gandhi urges people to join Delhi march as police flags no permission request

Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi on Saturday asked people to join a march in Delhi.
Gandhi said on X the walk to Ramlila Maidan starts at Minto Road junction at noon on Sunday.
Delhi Police sources said no permission was sought for a march from Connaught Place.
Sources said Section 163 of the BNSS, which restricts gatherings, is in force across New Delhi.
