Rs 500 crore notice to Aaditya Thackeray and Anil Deshmukh in the Disha Salian case
- Satish Salian has sought Rs 500 crore in damages from Aaditya Thackeray of Shiv Sena UBT and Anil Deshmukh of NCP SP.
- His daughter Disha, who managed the actor Sushant Singh Rajput, died in June 2020, and police closed the case then.
- The CBI registered a fresh FIR on Monday, and the notice objects to both leaders calling his pursuit politically motivated.
- Thackeray says he never met or knew Disha Salian, and calls the linking of his name character assassination.
