₹70,000 for a 2BHK? Bengaluru rental demand sparks debate online

A Bengaluru tenant said a 2BHK was offered at about ₹70,000 a month.
The landlord also sought a ₹3–4 lakh deposit and 7–8% yearly rent hikes.
The tenant said the “fully furnished” flat lacked a fridge, washing machine & dining table.
He offered ₹65,000 with a three-month deposit, but the landlord reportedly refused.
