Secret recording device found inside OpenAI office, engineer arrested in US

OpenAI engineer Abdulrahman Alfozan, 35, was arrested in the US over a hidden recorder on October 9.
• The device was found behind a TV in OpenAI's San Francisco office, where confidential meetings were held.
Investigators found another recording device in his bag and chatbot searches linked to recording equipment.
Alfozan faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted. His next court hearing is October 19.
