• Congress leader Sonia Gandhi made her X debut on Saturday with a video on her first meeting with Rajiv Gandhi.
She recalled meeting him at Varsity Restaurant, a Greek eatery in Cambridge where both were students.
She said a common friend introduced them, and she felt almost at once that she wanted to be with him.
Her first book, ‘Belonging: A Journey of Love’, on her memories with Rajiv Gandhi, launches on 10 November.
