Telangana launches Indiramma sewing machine scheme for women
- Telangana launched the Intintiki Indiramma Kuttu Machine Pathakam to provide self-employment opportunities for poor women.
- The scheme is for women aged 18 to 55 and is being implemented through the Telangana BC Finance Corporation.
- Annual income must be up to ₹1.5 lakh in rural areas and ₹2 lakh in urban areas to qualify for the scheme.
- Eligible women can apply through the TGOBMMS portal, with applications open until September 15, 2026.
