Tripura opens its first tea auction centre to boost local industry

Tripura inaugurated its first tea auction centre in Agartala to improve local sales and reduce costs.
Officials expect the centre to reduce the time needed to sell tea by nearly 40%.
Much of Tripura's tea is currently sold outside the state, increasing transport costs for producers.
