WhatsApp now lets you pay bills without leaving the app
- WhatsApp has launched a new Bill Payments feature in India, letting users pay bills without leaving the app.
- The feature supports 22,722 billers across 30 categories, including electricity, water, gas and insurance.
- Users can also pay FASTag, credit card and loan bills through the new feature.
- Payments can be made using UPI, debit cards or credit cards, with the feature rolling out gradually on Android and iOS.
