Zomato parent Eternal to acquire 5.4% stake in MyGate through share-swap deal
- Eternal, the parent of Zomato and Blinkit, will acquire a 5.4% stake in MyGate through a ₹156-crore share-swap deal.
- • Eternal will exchange its entire stake in digital advertising firm Adonmo for MyGate shares as part of a proposed merger.
- After the merger, Eternal’s stake in the combined MyGate entity is expected to fall to 4.4%, with completion targeted by December 5.
