- Madni addressed a Bahawalnagar gathering linked to the banned Lashkar-e-Taiba, portraying Saeed as a sacrifice-maker.
- A Jammu court issued a non-bailable warrant against Saeed in July over the April 2025 Pahalgam attack killing 26 people.
- The US designated Saeed a global terrorist in 2008 and the UN designated Lashkar-e-Taiba a terror group in 2005.
