Akash Ambani calls for indigenous tech as Jio IPO enters focus

Akash Ambani said on October 8 that India needs its own indigenous technology stack, with Jio pursuing this goal.
He said Jio will focus on making its technology solutions affordable for more than a billion Indian users.
Ambani said Jio has showcased its satellite communication solutions and is making progress on regulatory approvals.
On Jio’s planned IPO, Ambani said the company views it with “great responsibility” as Reliance’s first public issue in 30 years.
