TCS resumes steady hiring, adds over 4,200 employees as total workforce nears 6 lakh

Tata Consultancy Services TCS reported adding 4,258 employees in the July–September quarter, on October 8.
TCS's total workforce reached 5,98,056, marking its third straight quarter of net employee growth.
The company added 9,279 employees in the previous quarter, taking six-month net additions to 13,537.
TCS hired 10,000 fresh graduates during Q2, while its annual employee exit rate fell from 13.6% to 13.3%.
