Andhra Pradesh reports 31 election-related incidents during nomination filing

Andhra Pradesh police reported 31 election-related incidents across 13 districts on Thursday.
DGP Harish Kumar Gupta said offenders would face action whatever their political affiliation.
Candidates of the TDP, YSRCP and CPI-M and an independent were among those targeted.
Sixteen cases have been registered and 54 people named as accused, with four held on the spot.
