Bharat Biotech cuts Mosqivac vaccine price by 40% under Gavi, UNICEF deal

Bharat Biotech announced equitable pricing for its Mosqivac malaria vaccine with Gavi and UNICEF.
• The deal cuts the price about 40% to EUR 5.50 a dose, expected to take effect by early 2027.
It will save about US$50 million for immunisation programmes in 2027-2029 and reach up to one million more children.
Over 74 million doses have been delivered, and the vaccine is in routine use in 25 African countries.
