Centre clears Rs 988.75 crore for 39 road projects in Keralam covering 486 km
- • The Centre approved Rs 988.75 crore for 39 Keralam road projects, Public Works Minister P K Basheer said on Saturday.
- The money comes from a central road fund and covers the development of 486.33 km of roads across the state.
- Rs 570 crore of it is for 21 projects in north Keralam’s Malabar region, across five districts.
- Construction is due to start in December, once the technical and financial approvals are done.
