INDIA bloc holds symbolic impeachment of CEC Gyanesh Kumar at Kharge’s home

The INDIA bloc on Saturday, held a symbolic “public impeachment” of CEC Gyanesh Kumar at Kharge’s home.
Former Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar presided, with Mallikarjun Kharge opening the proceedings.
Voters whose names were removed from the rolls spoke, with INDIA bloc and civil society leaders.
The programme came a day before the bloc’s Ramlila Maidan rally on Sunday seeking the CEC’s exit.
