- He said election commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi complained about an officer in July.
- Ramesh said the officer now oversees the IT division, and alleged it may be at the Prime Minister's direction.
- The Election Commission says differing views are normal and its orders have full legal sanction.
