France imposes curfews in Paris, Lille and Nice after weekend riots and looting

French authorities imposed curfews in parts of several cities on Monday, including Paris, Lille and Nice.
Paris police set an overnight curfew near Place de la Republique and Les Halles until 6 am Tuesday.
A curfew for minors runs from 8 pm to 6 am for two days in Lille and three other northern towns.
It follows a weekend of riots and looting during protests that began over rising prices.
