India warns UN against terrorists acquiring weapons of mass destruction

India warned a UN disarmament committee on Monday against weapons of mass destruction reaching terrorists.
MP Alok Kumar Suman asked states to watch transfers of technology with civilian and military uses.
India said this applies especially to those with a record of proliferation or links to terrorism.
