Hotel Nayaab, Sohail among 14 eateries flagged in Hyderabad food safety raids

Hyderabad food safety officials suspended FSSAI licences of 14 eateries after inspecting 22 establishments on Saturday.
Hotel Nayaab, Shah Ghouse Cafe, Sohail Restaurant and 11 others were ordered to stop operations over hygiene violations.
• Officials found cockroaches, houseflies, rat droppings, expired food, fungal contamination and improper storage of raw and cooked food.
Officials discarded 544 kg of spoiled food and 13 kg of used cooking oil during the inspections.
