India aims to establish own space station by 2035, says ISRO chief V Narayanan
- ISRO Chairman V Narayanan said on Sunday India aims to establish the Bharatiya Antariksha Station by 2035.
- He said the first module of the proposed space station has already been approved by the government.
- Narayanan spoke at the third National Space Day celebrations held in Ahmedabad marking India's space achievements.
- He said India now uses space applications in over 50 areas including disaster warning, navigation and broadcasting.
