- The combined entity has a premium book of over ₹6,600 crore and more than 6 lakh digital partners.
- The platform covers 98.57% of India’s pincodes and will operate under the InsuranceDekho brand.
- Ankit Agrawal, founder and CEO of InsuranceDekho, will lead the merged entity, which will offer motor, health, life and commercial insurance.
