Is India A ruining the Ranji Trophy? Sunil Gavaskar warns BCCI

Former India captain Sunil Gavaskar has raised concerns over India A matches clashing with the Ranji Trophy.
The domestic season began on Sunday, clashing with the final day of the India A match against Australia A.
Players including Rajat Patidar, Devdutt Padikkal and Ruturaj Gaikwad missed state games because of India A duty.
Writing in his column, he said weakened competition inflates records and makes it harder to judge a player’s real ability.
