Jharkhand Minister Sudivya Kumar Sonu dies of heart attack at 56
- Sudivya Kumar Sonu, Jharkhand's Minister for Higher Education, died from a heart attack early Sunday at a private hospital.
- The 56-year-old politician suffered cardiac arrest around 4:00 am after being admitted late Saturday night in Ranchi.
- Sonu, a legislator from Giridih, also held responsibilities for Tourism, Arts, Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs departments.
- Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren said Sonu's passing is an irreplaceable loss for the state and the government.
