Mahindra wins Airbus deal to make A320 fuselage parts in Bengaluru
- Airbus has awarded Mahindra Aerostructures a multi-year contract to make fuselage skins for its A320neo aircraft.
- Mahindra will manufacture 11 fuselage skin panels at its Bengaluru facility and ship them to Germany.
- The company will add specialised chemical milling, surface treatment and stretch-forming capabilities for the project.
- Production is targeted to begin in 2028, further expanding India’s role in Airbus’ global supply chain.
