- Designer Manish Malhotra joined in 2010, helping revive Mijwan’s chikankari craft and create livelihoods for women artisans.
- Mijwan’s chikankari reached Paris Haute Couture Week in 2026 through Malhotra’s collection, putting the village on the map.
