New Zealand to wear special jersey celebrating 100 years of ties with India
- New Zealand will wear a special limited-edition shirt in the one-day series against India from October 22.
- It marks 100 years of sporting ties between the two countries through a blend of Maori and Indian art.
- Three artists worked on the design, adding the lotus, mandala and patterns from Indian architecture.
- The shirt is called Kotahitanga, a Maori word meaning unity, which guided the whole design.
