Rajkummar Rao’s Ganguly biopic shoot gets dragged into Leicestershire pitch row
- Leicestershire lost 27 points and were fined £5,000 over a poor pitch used against Glamorgan.
- The club said a Sourav Ganguly biopic shoot disrupted pitch preparations four days before the match.
- Groundsman Callum Lewin said the pitch was left uncovered for eight hours in 35°C heat.
- The panel rejected the filming as a mitigating factor after 43 instances of uneven bounce were recorded.
