Rs 840 crore NH-365BB upgrade to enhance Andhra's farm-to-market connectivity
- Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has approved Rs 840.41 crore to upgrade 45.09 km of NH-365BB in Andhra Pradesh.
- The work covers Buttaigudem to LND Peta and Pattiseema to Kovvur, widening both to two lanes with paved shoulders.
- Those roads reach the Polavaram irrigation project and villages growing tobacco, sugarcane and palm.
- They also lead to the Godavari ghats, where crores of pilgrims are expected for the Pushkaralu in 2027.
