Singer Chris Brown gets suspended sentence over London nightclub assault

Singer Chris Brown got eight months in prison, suspended for 12 months, over a London nightclub assault.
Brown pleaded guilty to affray in July over a February 2023 attack on music producer Abraham Diaw.
The court heard Brown hit Diaw twice on the head with a bottle in a crowded nightclub.
Judge Tony Baumgartner said success in music did not entitle Brown to different treatment.
