TCS to acquire Porsche’s IT consulting unit MHP for ₹3,573 crore
- TCS announced on August 24 that it will acquire Porsche’s IT consulting subsidiary MHP for ₹3,573.44 crore.
- TCS will buy 100% of MHP through a subsidiary, with the acquisition expected to close within three to four months.
- TCS and Porsche also signed a five-year partnership, including a dedicated AI Mobility Centre of Excellence for Porsche.
- TCS CEO K Krithivasan said the partnership will combine AI and engineering expertise to develop software-defined mobility.
