Telangana allocates Rs 1,108 crore for Omkareswara temple complex development

The Telangana government approved ₹1,108.27 crore to develop the Sri Omkareswara Swamy temple complex.
The Municipal Administration and Urban Development department allocated ₹948.65 crore directly for temple construction.
The complex will include sub-shrines, a maha mandapam, and a Shiva statue for spiritual tourism.
A technical committee chaired by the Roads and Buildings Department will oversee project execution.
